The backpack is made with strong plied cords which thread through loops in the open top and provide attachments for the woven straps. Easy to slip both straps over one shoulder, or wear the basket like a backpack. Sits comfortably in the middle of your back, and is ideal for carrying light loads. A natural dye derived from soaking and boiling the rattan fibers in mud, leaves, and roots gives the black color shown on each bag.
